  Zarazua has done two jobs for us. The most recent one was a stair renovation and painting that turned out beautifully. This job including repairing the floor from where we removed a wall, removing popcorn ceilings, and the old carpeted stairs. The carpenters built new newel posts on-site and stained the treads to match the existing flooring. The before and after pictures tell the story much better than I can. Simply a fabulous experience from start to finish.

  Juan Zarazua and his team recently finished converting a free-standing garage into the perfect home office. That meant closing in the garage door, conditioning the whole space, reinforcing the structure, and building a whole lot of bookshelves to store … a whole lot of books. The talented crew rebuilt the walls inside and out, repaired and re-painted the siding, reinforced the structure to code, put on a new roof, took care of an electrical refit, laid a beautiful heated tile floor, and built enough bookshelves to house our over 1,000 books plus a rolling library ladder to maximize the use of space (and, let’s be honest, just because). The entire Zarazua team were consummate professionals, experts in their craft, and attentive to detail — we could not be happier!

  Zarazua painting did an excellent remodel of our primary bathroom which included demolition of the existing spa tub and shower enclosure and then building a beautiful tile shower, installing tile flooring, installing bead board wainscoting, drywall repair and painting. This also involved some electrical and plumbing work. They have specialists in all these areas and all the work was very well done
