  We bought our house about a year and a half ago. Initially, the company was very responsive. We had an A/C refrigerant leak, grout deterioration in both full bathrooms (especially the master bathroom), missing dishwasher kick plate , multiple kitchen faucet leaks, and foundation settling (resulting in cracks in the drywall). Most of the above complaints were fixed upon request. Though I appreciate that the buyer has some protection when buying a new house, it is disappointing that we had to schedule these repairs; especially because grout deterioration can cause significant problems in the future (and because it is a NEW HOUSE!). As demonstrated by the pictures below, my primary complaint has to do with the hardwood floors. There is (and has been) significant separation in the summer, but the floors are a MESS in the winter. I wanted to update the review because now we are in cold weather season. The last four pictures are what certain parts of the floors look like in the winter. I placed a fork in/near the cracks for a reference.

  When I brought up questions that someone couldn’t answer, upper management reached out to me directly and alleviated my concerns. Truly kind operators here. They made me feel valued and were able to explain the dynamics of their work/effort in terms that I could understand. Wonderful people that I will recommend.

  My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful house newly constructed by Toledo builders. The house (which they designed) has a classic and timeless feel but still features many of the more modern finishes. Everything is very well built, and the quality of the craftsmanship for the price was definitely worth it. Zeke was also a pleasure to work with: he was very professional and amenable to any requests that we made during the closing process. We got the impression that Toledo is focused on doing things the right way: even identifying and fixing some minor issues that we had overlooked during our walkthrough. Overall, we would highly recommend this company to prospective homebuyers.
