Eddie at Tornado Roofing was great.  Right from the start I felt comfortable.  He came in and inspected my roof, created a quote, and outlined a timeline for me.  It was such an easy process.  His workers came out and repaired the bad portion of my roof in a couple of hours. Thank you for the great work.

We worked with Eddie Jr to have a leak repaired in 2020.  Approximately 10 months after the repair was completed we started seeing water again.  We contacted Eddie and he inspected the roof and told us the roof was fine.  We contracted another roof repair company that found the original leak was not fixed correctly and was leaking again.  When we contacted Eddie and sent him pictures and a description of the issues, he ignored our phone calls and emails to discuss a remedy.  If you are looking to hire a contractor to repair a leak, l would pass on using Tornado Roofing.

Tornado Roofing is a respectable and locally owned family business. Eddie jr came out and conducted the estimate,  explained what they were going to do, and gave me a quote that reflected what he told me. The customer service from eddie jr, the office, and the crew onsite [a tornado crew not a subbed out job] was top notch. Although this was just a repair I would recommend for an full roof replacement as well.

I am very pleased with Tornado Roofing work, professionalism, timely manner and prices.  They did the entire roof with in a week. They have a fantastic team. They are very organized, detail and clean. They did a beautiful work. I LOVE  & APPRECIATE your time, work and customer service. I love the new ROOF & the new Look of my home. God Bless You. Excellent company to work with, they are very knowledgeable, professional and have excellent customer service. I love the fact it is family owned and operated.  They are very friendly and keep you up to date with what is going on with your project. The worksite was kept clean, and all workers handled themselves in a very professional and polite manner.  I love our new roof.

While I've never used your company, the 3 guys in a Ford box truck wrapped with your company name, driving down Forest hill this evening, intentionally cut me off, almost ran into me, driving erratically, and tailgating folks. The guy behind the wheel shouldn't have a license to eat paste let alone drive a truck and fix roofs

We interviewed several roofing companies and it was clear that Tornado was the most professional one.   The process went well and the final result looks great.  Good to see a family business doing a great job.

They ensure all of their work is acceptable and over the top.  I LOVE MY ROOF.  It is best work I’ve seen. They clean up behind their work.  They discuss everything with you communication is great. They value their work and I like that. The whole office is professional and friendly. I have recommend them to other people who also was happy with them. We filed a claim with our insurance company and they sent out tornado roofing . Our contractor assigned was Robert  . We felt like our estimate was completed in a timely fashion and Eddie was very good at answering any questions we had. We decided to go with tornado roofing because I felt I could trust the contractor that was sent to us. Eddie worked with is in coming up with a color and material for redoing our roof. Work was completed very quickly (one and half days) and was done well.

Our insurance company covered the entire cost of our roof minus our deductible due to wind damage. We felt like our roof was done well and in excellent time. Throughout the process I was informed of what was going on at my home and was able to reach my contractor when I needed to. We had some tar from the roof application left around our house after the roofers were completed, which happens. I felt like my complaint was handled very well. I was immediately apologized too and asked, what I would like done so that I was completely satisfied. So far all is good with our new roof and I would highly recommend this contractor since I feel like the contractor makes or breaks the experience.
