  I am a community association manager and I hqve used 360 for replacement of all5 roofs at one association and for a roof inspection at another. Matt was professional. He made it east to coordinate the work so i could inform reidents about what to expect and parking changes while they worked. His guys let us know of anything that came up right away and they are responsive to anything that cones up. They documented prior roof damage and they left the property clean. They completed the job on schedule. Matt was always accessible for phone calls and was at the property frequently. The other Association asked for a roof report. It was thorough and included pictures and they gave it to me on time. That was weeks ago and i am still waiting for their regular roof vendor to provide theirs. I was referred by a coworker and now I hear their name all over the office. They have worked on several properties we manage. They aren't the cheapest company (but still readonable, always in the middle compared to other bids) but you get what you pay for and Matt and his team give you great service from start to finish and the work is good. To me, that is priceless. Working with them was smooth from start to finish. I manage about 11 other Associations and i prefer to work with compnies like this because they make my job easier when they are reliable, easy to contact, responsive, on time, organized.

  We are very pleased with the work Matt and his team did on our mew roof. They were so professional and helpful during the entire process. I wouldn’t go anywhere else … Highly recommend 360 Roofing!
