  This is a fantastic roofing company. We called them recently, because we had a little dark spot appear on our ceiling on the second floor...and the spot got bigger after a rain storm. That's never good. We contacted Latite to come out and inspect for what we thought was a roof leak. They were able to come out the next day to find out what was going on. When the gentleman got here to inspect, he was very professional and friendly. He went up in to the attic and confirmed that there was a leak, and they could fix it. He gave us the estimate, we signed it, and he took it back to the shop. We were able to schedule the repairs for the following Monday. This was great, because it was less than a week to wait! We were told that the roofers would arrive at our house between 8a and 10a to fix the leak. The two roofers showed up on Monday morning at 8am sharp! One of the gentlemen went up into the attic to confirm where the leak was located, and then they got to work. They were done in about 3 hours. The next day, we had a huge rain storm again (it's summertime in Florida), and we could not hear any dripping water where the roof had been fixed. Also, the dark spot on the ceiling didn't get any bigger. We received the paperwork and 1-year warranty via email a couple of days later. Whenever we have any roofing issues, we will definitely call Latite. They are responsive, the prices are good, and they do great work. I highly recommend this company!

  I spent a lot of time searching for the right company to do my roofing needs. You see, my entire roof needed to be replaced, it was heavily damaged by Irma back in 2017. From start to finish each of the individuals working on my roof were experienced professionals, and truly the very best at what they did. All you really need to know is that if they say it can be done, It Will Be Done Right! I am happy to share with you my new roof!!

  I highly recommend Latite roofing.  I received a letter from my homeowner’s insurance stating that I needed to repair broken tiles on my roof or they would cancel the policy on 7/19/2021.  I immediately started calling different roofing companies.  Many companies didn’t answer or never showed up to the appointment.  Two of them actually told me they couldn’t fit me in their schedules for a few weeks.  When I called Latite Miriam answered the phone, gave me a rough estimate of the work to be done and scheduled an appointment a few days out.  Their installer Serafin came out and told me that additional tiles were broken so I got a new quote from the Office manager Laura.  Laura gave me a great quote on the additional work to be done and scheduled another appointment a week later.  The entire time Miriam and Laura kept in touch with via email.  Latite roofing provides excellent work and excellent customer service.  Give them a call.
