  If I could give them a ZERO I would. They solicited our business after hurricane Delta. Said they would tarp our entire roof for $750 which would be applied to the cost of roofing. Insisted we sign a contract. Ok, no problem. We certainly wanted the roof repaired and they were supposedly a local company. Still not sure about that. Anyway. I am disabled so didn’t go out to view their work until they claimed to be finished. To my surprise they didn’t tarp our roof even though we were providing the tarp which they kept. They covered our roof in spots. I was adamant they fix it and completely tarp our roof. They refused. They kept saying “I promise you this is all you need. It will be just what you need. It will be fine. I promise you”. Well it couldn’t have been further from the truth. Here comes more rain then days later we were hit with hurricane Laura. This resulted in a lot more leakage into the house and we ended up losing 80% of our Sheetrock and more water damage to floors. Of course I wouldn’t even dare allow them to provide us with a new roof! So yes, we lost $750. They cheated this disabled woman with promises they had done all I needed. Don’t be duped by this company. If they come to your house slam the door and run away as fast as you can. We found a reputable company to finish the job they so poorly began. I want my $750 back!

  I am so thankful they stopped by earlier this year just as the weather was beginning to heat up because they noticed we had an older roof and most people in our neighborhood had already gotten a new one after the last big hail storm. We had been saving up for one. They came, inspected my roof, and worked with my insurance. They got insurance to pay for a whole new roof, and it looks so good and professional. They were friendly and professional, and got the job done well and quickly. I only lost a few ridgecap shingles in Hurricanes Laura and Delta, while sadly many others in my neighborhood lost most of theirs. Grateful to them for their time to inspect it and find the damage, and advocating for us with our insurance.

  Taylormade did a great job putting on our roof after the hail storm. To stay they did a great job. We only lost 6 shingles from hurricane Laura . Very nice men.
