  I had a great experience with RRCA in Lafayette, Louisiana. Ben made the whole process easy for me. My insurance covered a full replacement due to wind/hurricane damage. My materials were delivered in the time frame I was told and the crew was there to install less than a week later. They replaced some unexpected wood rot, completed my house/shed, and thoroughly cleaned up before dark the same day. I already recommend RRCA to a neighbor. My neighbor had insurance issues that Ben helped them work out. They have recommended RRCA to another friend.

  Welden Holloway is professional and honest. I know nothing about roofs and he could tell. He inspected my roof and was honest when he told me that my roof just needed small repairs and I didn’t have to get a completely new roof. He helped me understand what to look for next time I needed a roof. I can’t say much about RRCA and their roofing work but I’m very thankful he was the roofer I spoke too. I felt like he cared about me as a person and not just as another paycheck for him. That’s rare.

  After the hurricane, our insurance adjuster said that we only need to replace the missing shingles. Welden sent pictures of the roof damage and a detailed quote, and continued to follow-up with more calls and documentation until we received a check from our insurance company. He has been so helpful through the entire process and he didn’t take no from our insurance company. We’ve been very satisfied with everything.
