  After a rainy afternoon, my roof was damaged and began to leak. I contacted Koala Roofing, then Philip and his team showed up. They demonstrated a lot of skill and knowledge about the problem and ways to solve it after the inspection. They even remained present when the insurance agent came around. The Koala Roofing team did a great job working on my roof installation and I am very grateful.

  After hurricane Laura, I was a bit hesitant to hire a company that is out of town, but after I met and talked to Koala’s owner my mind was changed. I really appreciate how diligent he was about getting our roof perfectly fixed and how he was on site all throughout the work. They worked on both our property’s roof and my mom’s, and they have done an outstanding job on both. I can’t thank the staff who worked with us through the phone and helped us deal with insurance. I really appreciate how they were so thorough and knowledgeable about their products and services and answered our questions promptly. The whole crew was outstanding to work with, and we really are happy with their hard work and friendliness. Thanks Koala!

  Hailey Tucker is a hard worker. You can usually find her going up or down a roof. Even the conversations I had with her prove that she is knowledgeable about her work and she is an expert. The Koala team provides excellent service! I really appreciate Hailey Tucker and Phillip Foote for their hard work, dedication and service.
