  Don has been nothing but outstanding when it comes to explaining the scope of work, the solution, costs and time to finish the job. My expectations match his ability to resolve the two layers of roofing that need to be removed, soggy wood due to broken gutters, missing parts of the roof, vent system required etc. He has been very responsive and attentive over email. He was explanatory and achieved a pricing agreement that suited my tight budget during a restricted supply chain and inflation time frame coming out of COVID. His crew showed up bright and early. Got to work asap and was very respectful of my property. They cleaned up every little scrap of roofing material, swept my front steps and driveway clear of debris and mindful when moving their equipment throughout my yard. I shopped a lot of roofers. Some were gracious to come out twice to appraise my newly formed porch roof. At the end, it was due to the referral I received from my co worker, confidence in Don's knowledge by our initial scoping meeting and costs. You all deserve more referrals because of your attention to detail and customer service. Thank you so much. Know I will share you info and my experience with my friends and colleagues. Kim
