  When I called masters roofing, I was told they weren't sure when or if they could do the work. On the way to an appointment several days later they called and told me their repairman was AT MY HOME. I didn't have an appointment and surprised and unprepared for them to come. Because I needed my roof repaired, I cut my appointment short and rushed home. The roofer was nice, professional unlike the person who I had spoken to on the phone. However, I was never told there would be a $200 charge to look at the roof and a $400 charge to repair it. I wasn't told how it would be repaired or what would be used to repair it (we had talked about possible options on the phone) I was never given a quote for the work. All the work was done in less than 40 minutes and I was called and told I owed them $660. Not impressed. Then I get an invoice insisting I write my comments and told they have a 4.5 star rating, really? I suspect they edit those results. It is not legal to do work without an estimate. And certainly not legal to charge me $200 just to look at my roof without telling me. Save your money use a more reputable roofer.

  Summer 2020. We recently had Masters replace our front door, re-build 1960s glass entryway, rebuild our chimney, add attic vents, replace rotten siding spots with new cedar boards, and paint the house and back deck... they did a great job! Quality work, Chuck is a great communicator, we always knew what was happening when, and everything was completed in an expedited manner. Would recommend highly!

  Great experience. Mike Vasquez responded the same day that I made the request for an estimate. He came out on a Sunday to do the estimate in order to respond quickly! He walked me through the process from start to finish. The crew on the day of the job were very respectful of my property and very efficient. The job was finished in one day. They sent a crew member back the day after to be sure that everything was cleaned up and Mike also came back again to be sure that I was satisfied and that all my questions were answered. Highly recommend!
