These people respond quickly they are on the job, great experience from beginning to end! Very reasonably priced use really good products always respond to your questions, Brandon is the project manager he is with the crew for the whole job, he is knowledgeable and all-around great guy, easy to talk to, he really gets the job done well! The delivery people they use were on time and very neatly stacked everything in to place there was no damage of any kind to the property :-) :-) :-) we had both our home over top of our deck and our garage roof done all at the same time also needed a repair to our carport on the side of our garage they did such a great job making everything flow properly with the gutters it looks like the carport is just built right into the side of the garage ,they arrived by 645 a.m. and they were done including clean up by around 2 PM! These guys really have their system down, was a very large crew tarps are spread on the ground to catch all the debris I can’t say enough good things about this company! yes I can… thank you thank you thank you!

Semper West simply does it the right way. I recently had the entire exterior of my house ripped off (sans roof) and replaced by this company. This included siding, flashing, gutters, trim, soffits, and nearly 30 windows. If it was on the outside it was coming off. I was more than impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, and from a person who understands construction, that’s no small compliment. From start to finish the Semper team was a pleasure to work with. If you are in the market for exterior work, definitely call this group. You won’t be disappointed. I really can’t say enough good things about them, they get the job done and are a real pleasure to work with. Thank you Semper!

We had an awesome experience with Semper West! They were incredibly responsive, moved fast, and great communicators. The installation was seamless and professional. We love our new roof and gutters! The whole process from quote to installation took less than 2 weeks and we needed a new roof ASAP!
