The estimate was done quickly and explained well. The installation date was  very quick. The crew showed up right when expected and did a professional, great looking new roof. Highly recommend.

We were looking to replace our EPDM rubber roof.  I called around and spoke with three different local companies.  Elliott, the owner, came out and discussed the project.  We agreed upon an aggressive price and chose a start date for the project.

Elliott’s crew did an excellent job.  They were courteous, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner.

Ask yourself if you want to trust something as major as a roof repair to a company that won’t return phone calls?  I decided that it wasn’t worth it. I had a good experience with Elliot in the past with a repair for a rental property, but most recently when I called asking for a quote, he said he would go and take a look, but never did.  When I called and left a voice mail to see what happened, he never responded.  Seeing that others have had similar experiences, I concluded that maybe it was a good thing because if anything ever went wrong with the repair, I want the person to stand by their work.  I roof is too value to expect otherwise.  Good luck Elliot!

ER Roofing recommended and installed covered gutters a few years ago.  Also did some minor repair work on my roof.  I was very pleased with the work and the repairs.  I was also pleased that the covered gutters came with a lifetime warranty and a promise that the covers would keep out all leaves, etc.  When I noticed debris in the gutters on one side of the house I called Elliot.  No response.  Kept calling.  Texted.  No response.  Did reach him one time and he said to send pictures.  I did that.  No response.  I have been trying for two months for a call back back!  It is obvious that my concern is not high up on Eliott's list. Perhaps my concern is unwarranted.  I don't know because Elliott will not call me back!  If there is an issue, I guess the life time warranty is not going to be honored.  I am a patient person.  My first contact attempt was April 25, 2021.  I have been texting and calling since then.  Tried one more time to call this morning, June 21, 2021 -- the mailbox was full!  That finally pushed me over the edge and I am now writing the first negative review I have ever given anyone.  I don't like doing it.  It doesn't feel good.  I figure I don't know what is going on in someone else's life and there may be extenuating circumstances.   But, I am done.  I've never been blown off like this before.

Elliott's crew replaced my soffits and gutters.  My home was built in the 1940's and the wood was rotten.  We had several delays because of the weather; however, once they were able to get out to my home, they took care of the work promptly.  Both guys doing the work were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing, as is Elliott.  His pricing was great, and I received a discount for doing front and back work.  They did a great job cleaning up the debris from the job.  I am planning on having them back for roof work over my garage when the weather warms up.

We hired them to redo our entire house.  They did the roof, rebuilt our portico, installed metal and shingle roofing.  Redid the siding and all the trim, installed new gutters and painted everything else.

I was impressed with how the project was executed and how professional things ran compared to other contractors I have worked with.

There was only one small hiccup in the beginning and the guys were able to resolve it within a day, other then that everything ran very smoothly.

I would highly recommend them to anyone how wants exterior work completed

I contacted E.R. Roofing via their website for an estimate on my roof repairs.  A few days passed with no response, so I called the # listed and spoke with Elliott and shared how I posted to their site with no response.  He didn't seem to care that I had been left unanswered, but since I was in need of a roofer I went with it.  I described that I needed an estimate on my roof and said I had pictures available that my homeowners insurance took and he said he will take a look at them and get back to me.  I sent pictures not 5 minutes after our phone call, and it has now been over 14 days since I've spoken with him. I guess my roof wasn't in need of enough repair for him, but if that's the case at least be upfront about it and communicate to your potential customer.  Leaving potential customers hanging is VERY unprofessional and now I'm going out of my way to ensure I leave a stink on all of their business profiles online.  Hope it was worth it!

These guys did my roof and siding, With all the estimates I had, no one except Elliott went over the entire process of the job.  He described in detail how things would go.  To my surprise they delivered every step of the way and made this project as painless as possible.  I now have a beautiful new roof.  Thanks

Elliott and his crew replaced the roof on my detached garage several years ago.  He took the time to understand my needs and proposed a sensible plan at reasonable cost.  He and his crew promptly tackled the job professionally and properly.  He and a member of his crew later visited on a weekend to install flashing above my house chimney where the old roof was leaking, extending its life by several years.  A few weeks ago, he and his crew replaced my house roof in preparation for solar panel installation.  They replaced questionable plywood, soffits, and fascia boards,  installed smart vents, wrapped the fascia, hung new gutters and downspouts, etc.  Again, prompt, professional, and proper, without breaking the bank.  Recommended!
