  Having to deal with insurance companies when you have roof damage can be a very stressful situation, one I was dreading as I do anything home repair related. I am leaving this review because this is the exact opposite I experienced when I contacted Robert Wilbanks with sec roofing! From the start Rob made the process easy and seamless with full clarity of steps and what to expect and took all the stress out of it (and it was NOT an easy process with an insurance company that fought back on required coverage). I am beyond pleased with my new roof and especially the hard work and prompt contact and response from Rob with any and all questions. U will not find a more reputable company with quality work and standards and u def won’t be disappointed with results!!

  Wow, what a wonderful review and with organic feedback for others to read. The whole point of reviews is so others can read what they can expect when working with a company, and you hit on so many points that we strive to achieve. Our whole business model being education first, setting expectations day one, and never pushing a course of action are what got us through this. It's sad when everyday customers are strong-armed, bullied, and are cast aside by a company ethically and contractually bound to protect them when they fall victim to a storm and their home suffers damage. We find it revolting when a customer is again victimized when rightfully filing a claim, only to be treated with such malice. It was our honor to walk with you step by step and be there for all of the highs and lows. What we told you on day one, that if a customer has legitimate damages we will fight as long as you want, and as long as it takes until the proper outcome is achieved. Most files are not as trying as yours; however, WE cannot thank YOU enough for staying the course, defending yourself, and ultimately trusting our knowledge, skills, and abilities. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything else and/or we can be of assistance to you or anyone you know that may have questions or needs.   To the owner of SEC Roofing & Construction Group Mr. Robert Wilbanks "THANK YOU" for such an awesome job you and your guys did on my roof. Mr. Robert, took care of everything that was needed. He handled all supplies, and much more. I am very thank you the work his crew did., most of all I am very grateful that thru this process I have grained a friend. To me when you are dealing with a financial upgrade its very important to feel that the person and the company you deal has your back 100 percent. MR ROBERT WILBANKS AND SEC ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION GROUP has there customers back MORE THAN 100 %. We are a customer, friend for life!   Where do I even start? Working with SEC has been such a flawless process with my roof installation. The quality of the work, not to mention the mannerisms of the staff walking me through all the little details that went into my roof, all very professional. The clean up was so immaculate it’s like they were never here. Couldn’t be more pleased with my decision of using SEC Roofing & Construction Group!!
