Wow! Great customer service. Scott Allen Roofing is a tremendous contractor. Great job replacing our roof/shingles. Great value all around and unbelievable follow-up.
Due to the recent heavy rains, a portion of our gutter came unattached from our house. As we were shopping at Lowes in Inverness in an effort to repair the gutter ourselves, we ran into Justin from Scott Allen Roofing. We explained the problem to Justin.  Without hesitation he said he would take care of our gutter.  Within 30 minutes Justin arrived at our home and repaired the falling gutter.   We are beyond impressed.  Not only do we have a beautiful roof, we also experienced  exceptional customer service before and well-after the sale!

Without hesitation, we recommend Scott Allen Roofing of Crystal River.

I am really happy I chose Scott Allen roofing to tear out and re shingle my roof. The crew was extremely hard working. Attention to detail, quality work and excellent follow up are just a few of the positive things I noticed with Scott Allen roofing.  The owner showed up daily to drop off supplies and check the progress and the foreman came buy to do a final inspection and fine tune the cleanup. Shout out to Scott, Chandler, the foreman and crew. (Can't remember all the names) You guys were great!

I really wanted to like them more but sadly after our quote it took weeks for them to finally do the repair in our roof after multiple calls from us asking when. We had a leak in the ceiling with a gaping hole we could not fix until they did the repair.

They showed up and within 5 minutes shingles were coming off and my New roof began. They worked like mad men and ladies ( as yes there was one on the crew). They finished my roof and it looks so beautiful for the new owners.. Great Job to that crew. You are the best.

We are just thrilled with the work Scott Allen Roofing did for us. We bought out house 5 years ago and knew that we would need to reshingle the roof sometime and now was the time! Scott scheduled us into his calendar and his team was excellent-- professional, polite and prompt. And the professionalism doesn't end on the roof! You have restored my trust in roofing companies! Amazing customer service from start to finish! A quality job from tear off and repair to putting on my new galvanized roof that I know will last for years to come! Scott replaced a very old and architecturally challenging roof for us a couple of years ago. It's a beautiful metal roof that other companies were hesitant to undertake. Scott and crew did a fantastic job and we were so pleased that we just had them back to do another roof for us. Again we couldn't be happier with the workmanship, the professionalism or the price. Scott is great!  He personally came to my home, gave me an estimate and explained everything to me.  I asked many questions and he was patient in explaining everything with a vast knowledge of roofing and mother things related to home care.  The fact that there was no deposit required before they started was proof to me that he runs his business right!  His team showed up on time and were done before the day he told me to expect.  The team leader, Josh, was also very great and have me his personal number in case I needed to contact him overnight should any leaks happen during the rain.  I was also very pleased with Barbara in the office for all of her patience and understanding with my scheduling issues.  This is a great business because it is run by great people!  You may get a lower estimate from another company but I can assure you that they will not be half as awesome as Scott Allen Roofing!  I will continue to refer everyone to Scott because he made my home look beautiful and was an all around good guy.
