  Our home needed a new roof. We were moving out of state and in order to sell we had to put the roof on. We went with AAA. Huge mistake. Huge! We paid $13,000 for a roof that is leaking. The roof was put on May 24th 2021. We sold the home July 7th 2021. We had already moved when roof was started. This company is awful! The new owners are contacting me about the roof and there isn’t anything I can do. I’ve called AAA and they said they put the warranty already into the new owners names. They will deal with them. However, they refuse to go tarp the roof until they can fix it without charging new owners! That’s crazy! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone ever! All photos uploaded are taken AFTER the NEW roof was installed that we paid $13,000 for! Horrible horrible service and work!

  My husband and I are so impressed with the communication skills, kindness, and professionalism Isaac Miniard showed today in his explanation of his hour long complete roofing inspection. We feel we have chosen the BEST roofing contractor in the state. Isaac was promptly on time and explained everything in detail showing samples and pictures.   Isaac was so courteous and helpful! We asked for a roof replacement estimate after others left us hesitant, and got way more than we expected: heads up to actual damage that could have been catastrophic. We’re so thankful for getting the professional help to see the status and options for our roof. I look forward to our next steps and feel like we’re finally in good hands for something so important.
