I can't say enough good things about Resurrection Builders. Ryan understood we had a tight budget to work with and made sure we stayed within the budget. Not once did he come to us and tell us he had underestimated any part of the project. His employees are polite and friendly. They do topnotch work and obviously take pride in their work. They did an awesome job on the master bathroom. In fact, it's above and beyond our expectation! Any time we had a question, Ryan was quick to get back to us. Resurrection Builders does quality work and you do get more value for your money. I would absolutely use Resurrection Builders again and highly recommend them for any remodeling work you want done on your home.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to because of my disgust with this company. I have used them several times to repair my sunsetter awning. On multiple occasions, while repairing my awning, they have caused additional damage. First they broke the motor on the awning while repairing it, the second time was the LED lights and the third time was the fabric. On all occasions, I was responsible for footing the bill or replacing the parts. Luckily I had a 5 year warranty with sunsetter, however I was still responsible for paying the shipping which can be very pricey. The last visit to repair my awning, the initial cost that was quoted to me was $650, however when the repairs were complete, the cost was $1000. When asked why the cost of the repairs was so much more than what was quoted I was told that they had to make several trips to complete the repair. The story behind this is, after they repaired the awning the first time, I came home hours after the awning was repaired and tried to open it. They had multiple opportunities to tell me that the repair arm was broken during delivery and I should not try to open it, but they did not convey this to me. I still question whether the repair men damaged the awning when they were installing it as they have damaged many of the parts before. I was told that the fabric got damaged while opening the awning that they did not instruct me not to open and I was expected to pay for a new fabric as my warranty had expired. When I refused, I was asked to call sunsetter and tell them that the fabric was damaged during shipping. When I refused to do that, they found some way for sunsetter to send me new fabric and returned to fix the awning and slapped $350 extra dollars on my bill. I own an business too and would never pass on extra costs to my customers if the service I provided was not top-notch. Apparently this company does not care about customers and customer satisfaction.

Ryan and his crew just completed a deck rebuild and shower remod and the work and quality was superior. The entire crew was fantastic. Ryan was very responsive and met our needs without fail. We are very pleased with everything and would highly recommend them for your home project going forward.
