  UPDATE at bottom..... A lot to unload here. First and foremost, Red Door has super people working for them. I contacted them based on a friend's recommendation and their ratings. They were thorough in their estimate and were able to address all of my questions and concerns. I was initially reluctant because they were twice as expensive as the other two quotes I received for soft washing my house. But based on my experience with the sale rep, I went with them. The comms were fantastic. They provide a window when they were to arrive and a text as to who will show up with a photo, so some random person isn't knocking at the door. Nice touch. The gentlemen were super polite and walked through everything. I was leary that they'd finish before dark but they got started anyway. The job looked like it was going well until night fell. They continued the job with headlamps and flash lights. They had an issue with a wand and rolled with a plan b never missing a beat. Again, great guys. They finished in pitch black and I held payment until I could inspect. That's where it falls apart. The house was still dirty and the runoff left way too many dirt marks. My windows were not spotlees beforehand and I did not pay for them to be washed, but they were covered in white film where you could barely see out of them. I called and discussed and they apologized and rescheduled another visit. They even claimed for the amount they charged it better turn out nicer than it did. Amazing folks who stand behind their work. They returned. Same crew. Super nice guys. In the daylight ;). I was expecting another wash to address the dirt. All they ended up doing was a rinse. Hmmm. Well, they went on their way. After it dried and I could inspect, dirt was still left all over the house and the windows were just as nasty requiring me to wash them now. I am extremely disappointed. It's one thing if I paid what their competitors were charging, it's another for their premium. It could be a one off. Unsure. But I cannot recommend them for the prices they charge compared to the quality you get. Full disclosure, I have not contacted them to come back a third time. I just do not have the time to deal with it. I told them I would hold payment and reviews until after they came back to address the initial issues. I paid in full (a contract is a contract). In my opinion they fell far short of doing a good job and regret choosing them. I genuinely feel bad for writing this which is why its more lengthy than my other reveiwes. They are great people. The outcome was just not worth the price. UPDATE: Red Door reached out to me, again an attestation of their exemplary customer service. They stood behind their satisfaction guarantee (which to be honest, I did not realize they had one) and made more than good on everything. Hands down some of the finest people I have interacted with. So with respect to recommending them, I would say give them a shot. You will receive outstanding customer service. The service itself, my experience is documented above.

  Red door did an excellent job. The quote and scheduling was easy. The price was reasonable. They kept me informed. They showed up when they said they would - on time. When they got here, the people knew what they were doing and completed the job efficiently. Payment was on-line and convenient. They followed-up to make sure things were done right and that I was happy. Yes, I was happy. It isn't often that a home services company performs to this level. I would recommend this company.

  My roof needed cleaning, and I contacted Red Door Pro Wash for soft cleaning. The entire process from initial contact to cleaning was easy and quick to do. I am impressed by the friendliness of the staff, and the final result. The roof looks new again! I will contact Red Door Pro Wash for any future exterior cleaning.
