Dream Builders came out and took down my old deck and replaced it with a beautiful Trex decking system. I appreciated the clear communication, keeping me updated, and that they were easy to reach when I had a question. The company was on top of things, I didn't have to chase anyone down to make sure things were completed. I felt like the people I had contact with were trustworthy and hard-workers.

We went with Dream Builders for our backyard project. We had a screened deck and patio built. They did great work, and kept me informed throughout the process. The project lead, Mike, was always responsive and addressed any questions or concerns that I had. Really great company to work with, and we couldn't be happier.

Dream Builders (Rob, Mike, Rodrigo, Kyle and others) were amazing to deal with and made my dream pergola, deck and screened porch come true!! Communication was probably the best I’ve ever experienced from a contractor. They did several extras that I didn’t realize were in the estimate, they said they were county requirements (Louisa😀) but it didn’t change the cost at all. With the pandemic causing material shortages, people shortages and such, Mike still got this project pretty much complete by July 3rd so that it would be ready for a celebration 🎉 🍾 If you want a no-hassle construction project done, call Rob Zahabi and his team! I certainly would again!! Highly recommended!!
