  Cody was very professional, thorough and detail oriented. Out of all the quotes we received he was the only one to actually get on the roof and check it. He really took the time to sit down with us and discuss our options and the best way he could help us. I appreciate his time and dedication. Although we went with a friend's company instead Rapid response pricing was very competitive and mixed with how Cody treated us I would always recommend giving Rapid Response a call

  This was a great company to work with. Despite the obstacles that were out of their control, they were on top of every step of the process. A special thank you to Codey, Justin, Sarah, Skyler and Shane. They communicated well throughout the process. We always knew what was happening and when. The crew was amazingly fast and thorough. I still can't believe how quickly they put on a new roof IN THE WINTER! Thanks to all of you!

  Overall the best experience I’ve had with a roofing company. Codey was very transparent through the whole process, and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold or was being given the runaround. They got my insurance to pay for most of the roof. Overall I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new roof.
