  So back in October I had my roof repaired and inspected by CS roofing. The process was easy. The quote was fair. The response time from the staff was amazing. It was actually above expectations compared to other locations within the area. In March I noticed I had a little leak and no matter with what company you work with, you always get a little concerned about what a warranty might cover and how long it lasts. I messaged the company. Got a response back relatively quickly saying they will schedule me in and I would receive a call from the office. I received a call from the office The following day stating they will be out on Tuesday. The gentleman showed up inspected. The area said that he needed to go back and get exactly what he needed and within my time window The roof was not only inspected but was repaired. The gentleman was super kind. Gave proper expectations. I think the company's fair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for roofing needs!

  I used CS Roofing to replace my roof. The estimate was on target - no surprise extra costs. This is the only company that actually climbed up on the roof to inspect it when I received a quote. Repairs were made to the fascia and a couple 4x8 roof decking boards were replaced. The roof looks amazing. Roofing team was very fast and did a great cleanup job. After they removed the trash trailer I did find a couple nails and staples where trailer was. I suggest they inspect the area after they removed the trailer. Other than this very small hiccup everything was perfect. The gutter crew also did a great job. I love the downspouts that can be flipped up when mowing. I would highly recommend this company.

  Today Bradley came out to my home to quote both Single and Metal Roof replacement. After having another contractor come out and give a 3 hour sales pitch that ultimately resulted in an estimate that cost more than my vacation home, Bradley's no pressure, no throwing other contractors under the bus, and straight to the point sales approach was refreshing. I did not sign a contract today but I will be soon and am looking to forward to having CS Roofing replace my roof.
