I normally do not write reviews, but I'm hoping this may help others when choosing roofing companies. I've heard many stories of unhappy customers with roofing experiences, so I went beyond the recommendations of getting three estimates and ended up speaking with six roofing companies. This was a painstaking process, but I felt it was worth it. I will say that all of the salesmen who came to my house to provide an estimate were very courteous and professional; after all, they are trying to make the sale. One of the first things I noticed that differed between the companies was responsiveness. I have to say that Pulaski was always on the top of the list when it came to a timely response to my many questions - thank you Ben and Vernon. Then came the price comparison. Again, Pulaski was at the top of the list. I'm getting a new roof, new gutters, and aluminum covering over the fascia boards and soffit. As you can imagine, this is an expensive project. With Pulaski's prices and exceptional customer service, they were clearly my first choice. I'll submit a follow-up to this review once the work is completed. So far, I am a happy customer. Follow-up: The work has been completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Justin and his crew were professional, courteous, and very easy to get along with. They explained the process and answered any questions that I had. They were respectful of my property while working, and every day they made sure there were no nails or any type of debris left on the property. My roof and the gutters look awesome! They also fixed/replaced fascia boards as needed and covered them with aluminum. And they did an incredible job on the vinyl soffit. My house looks practically brand new. We had a bad storm the other night with heavy rains, and there were no leaks to be found. As a customer, you want to feel like the company actually cares and takes their time with a job, and I can honestly say that the Pulaski team did just that. Their work is top notch quality, they are very competitive with prices, their customer service is outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home remodeling.

A few months ago, I called Pulaski Roofers trying to find someone to fix shingles on my mom's single family home. The guy who answered the phone wasn't very pleasant, so I moved on. Earlier today I saw their truck driving on Belair Road and I'm so glad I didn't have them come to my mother's house. The bumpers stickers on their work truck are tasteless. A lot of offensive language. We would have been very uncomfortable. Word of advice to the owner: don't mix your personal opinion with how you make a living. I cannot imagine how much business you're losing with those bumper stickers. Presentation is everything to a small business.

Terrible experience. Called for an estimate on replacing/repairing rubber roof for a front portico. Rep questioned whether they could remove railing but said they would come out next day or two to take a look and provide estimate (did not have ladder at time of initial visit). The rep called several days later after repeated attempts by me for follow up and told me he had left information on my door and gave me his cell number. Tried calling him on his cell several time with no repsonse and nothing was ever left at the door. After contacting the owner on e-mail (never directly responded to me), about the lack of followup, the rep finally called and left a message saying they could not take down the railing and if I took it down they would give an estimate. This could of all been resolved at the first meeting period. He had said he would be giving an estimate with or with removal of the railing. Very poor customer service and basically blew me off. Could have initially returned call saying they were not initerested instead of wasting everyone's time.
