  My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Modern Remodeling for improvements to our home. Chris was our project manager from Modern Remodeling and did an amazing job working with our insurance company. Chris did such a good job that we were able to get a new roof, new siding and new gutters for our home. The process was seamless, Chris and his team were extremely helpful, responsive and did a terrific job transforming our house into a new home! We have people stop by everyday complementing us on the house. Modern Remodeling will be our go to for any home installations or repairs going forward. Give them a shout! You will not be disappointed!

  We are really glad we found Modern Remodelling! Mike was always available to answer questions and goes above and beyond. His professionalism, diligence and persistence with the insurance company helped us get both our roof and sidings replaced. They were done on different dates because the color we wanted for the sidings weren't available yet but both crews for the roof and the sidings were very fast, efficient and did such an awesome job! They delivered and finished on time and also cleaned up everything! Now our house really looks new and great! We are extremely satisfied with their service. We can't thank you enough Mike and Modern Remodelling! You guys exceeded our expectations!

  I want to thank Ashley Nicholas for the very professional and quick work to repair my roof!! I was told by another company that I needed to replace my entire roof and got a second opinion. My roof is only 10 years old. She came out and did an inspection and said that there were just some spots where shingles were missing due to wind damage. She could have said I needed a full roof for the business, but she repaired what I truly needed repaired! That type of honesty is hard to find these days with companies ready to charge you more for things you don't need! She was awesome, workers did a great job, matched my shingles perfectly and the price was more than fair! Thank you Modern - thank you Ashley! 🤩
