I’ve dealt with many contractors in my years of owning four homes, I have never had a contractor like Joe Poole.  He is man of his word and works right with his crew.  They are early to work and stay late.  I have never seen a harder working crew.  And not only did they do a fantastic job on my roof shingles and 3 skylights but they cleaned everything up so well there was no evidence that they had been there. This company is amazing and had my roof done in two days.

Poole’s Construction is the most professional, honest, and hard working roofing crew I have ever dealt with.  Joe and his crew arrived promptly at 7:45 am.  They work full days, together as a team and they stay on the job until it’s done.  No worries about them disappearing for another job.  Their workmanship is amazing and they are commited to customer satisfaction.  Great job, great prices, and all around great people!!

We are extremely happy with our experience with Joe Poole's Construction Company. Our 20 year old house needed to have the roof covering replaced. Mr. Poole came out, inspected the house, and prepared an estimate. His estimate was at least $2,000 lower than the next lowest estimate. The quality of the work and materials was A#1, and was completed as proposed in a timely manner. We do not hesitate in recommending him  to anyone who requires this type of home repair.

After receiving estimates from the top 5 rated roofing companies in Jackson, MI we made the choice to go with Poole’s Construction and could not be happier with the choice we made. Every company/company rep that put in their bid was competitive in pricing, but Joe Poole’s knowledge, experience and straightforwardness really stuck out. Unlike the other companies that came out to make a bid, Joe was THE GUY that was going to be on my roof crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s making sure everything was done properly and to his standard. That is exactly what he did from the second he stepped on the job until the second he left making sure the yard was cleaned up, double and triple checked making our young children a priority. His crew was respectful and efficient completing the work as scheduled and Joe was always the first to arrive and last to leave making sure everything was up to his standards.Ultimately, I knew the second I made the decision to go with Poole’s Construction, I no longer had to worry about my roof or the quality of work that was going to be done, Joe was going to treat the roof like it was atop his own house. I would choose Poole’s construction again and put his work above any bid in the area and recommend him time and time again.

Joe and his crew did a great job on our roof. They showed up early, worked hard, and got the job done in one day. Joe stayed on site the whole time and was right up there working with the crew. They did a great job cleaning up, and a couple of guys showed up a day or two later to go back up and double check that all the small details had been taken care of.  I would hire them again in a minute.

Joe Poole and his team are AWESOME!, hardworkers, competent, efficient, competitively priced, and clean up afterwards. One day job on a 1350 Sq. Foot manufactured home. Joe Poole uses quality Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles, these come in great colors too. Joe and his crew are polite and professional. Totally five outta five stars, we're impressed with the workmanship and quality. Joe is a straight shooter, tells it like it is, which is appreciated. Definitely pleased, highly recommended, Joe also works with his crew on site. Can't say enough good about Joe Poole and his team, HIRE THEM FOR SURE.

Joe Poole has been in business,for many years. He is very professional,and efficient.Joe had done many jobs in his own neighborhood and all around Jackson county . He can give many refrences. He is a honest man who gets the work done when he says he will .He also has respectful people working for him . You will be happy with the results.

Poole Construction did a great job for me.  They did a wonderful job. They worked even in the very cold weather. I would recommend them to anybody.  They work fast and efficiently.  They are very professional and very courteous. I have no complaints. So, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Joe and his crew put a roof on my house today.   They were here at 7am and left at 4pm.   It is a beautiful job. and the cleanup was fantastic.   I would recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect job done reasonable.

Pooles construction did my roof a week before Christmas, they did a wonderful job & all the guys worked really hard, professional, uses they're time efficiently i would recommend this company to anyone!!!
