Nobody enjoys having to fork out $$,$$$ for a new roof, but if and when you have to, BWR is a fantastic choice!!

George and crew were at our house, and on day 1 the old roof was stripped clean in just a couple hours and half of the new roof was installed by quitting time.

These guys worked hard and devoured a bucket of well-earnes snacks we provided them.

On day 2, they were back to work by 7am and finished well before day's end...they even moved on to another job after ours.  Once again, they devoured a bucket o' snacks.

They were sure to leave our yard and landscaping meticulously clean after they finished.  We were extremely impressed with their professionalism and courtesy!

Excellent work.  Hard-working team finished in 24 hours.  Excellent cleanup.  Small issue with bid but easily resolved.  Professional.  Would hire again if I needed roofing.

I used Billy White Roofing for installation of a new roof on my home. I was extremely extremely disappointed. I am not a roofer, but within a week of the work being completed, I went up on my roof to review/inspect their work more closely. I identified ~ 10 - 15 exposed/low nails, and other issues. I asked them to send someone back out to look at it. He ended up identifying 11 different and fairly major issues that needed to be addressed in addition to the low nails (issues with rake edges, disappearing beauty row, missing/improperly installed flashing, vents that were not nailed down/caulked, etc.). The two workers that came out to inspect and repair the roof were great (Curtis and Ben), but there is no reason a brand new roof should have so many issues (two workers were here for an entire day stripping and fixing portions of the roof). In one of the areas where the flashing/shingles were improperly installed (see photo) there was already standing water observed beneath the flashing/shingles. The issues have supposedly been "fixed" (although the shingle lines and ridge vents are still not straight and look terrible up-close), but again, absolutely no reason for a new roof to have issues in the first place.

They also did not follow minor requests (e.g., I asked them to not park their heavy trailers on my new concrete driveway across the street and to not park on the neighbors lawn - and they did both). They were supposed to repair my roof on a Monday - although it did rain in the morning, they never showed and never called. I had to follow-up multiple times to get an update and they didn't come back out until that Friday. No discount, extended warranty, etc. was given.

Billy White Roofing was one of 6 quotes we got for replacing our 22 year old shingles.  We were not home when their sales person came to measure roof. Luckily he call that Friday because we were going to select someone else.  After talking to Tom we went to their office and looked at other options.  We selected an upgrade shingle over the shingle that was quoted.  Even with the upgrade shingle the cost was substantially less then the other quotes.  The crew arrived first thing in morning and had covered the plants within minutes.  By 8:30 the old shingles were off and the crew was starting to put on the new underlayment.  By 1:30 the roof was done and the crew was gone.  Very professional and didn't mind my interruptions.  I am glad we selected Billy White Roofing and would do it again if we have too.

I would definitely recommend this company. I had a roof replayed by them 2 years ago on my pole barn. They impressed me so I had them put a new roof on my house this month . The crew was professional, on time, and completed the work as promised. The price I received was competitive   with the area. They sent a representative to check the job and clean up and ask me if I was satisfied with the job. I will recommend them to all my friends.

The installers, (Nick, Jake, Jeff and Chris), were efficient, quality oriented and mindful of the property. They were always willing to answer questions. They took great care to protect the exterior of my house and foliage. They constantly cleaned up the debris to keep the property looking well kept. The work is installed in a professional and high quality manner. I have had many compliments about the work performed

Very unprofessional  , bad customer service, very messy  and didn't clean up nails very very well  I pick up a qt. size zip lock bag of nails out of my driveway after they had left.

Was able to get out and replace the flashing on my chimney and did an amazing job.

They did a good job removing old shingles and putting new ones on the roof, but a terrible job replacing facia and gutter. Even after paying an additional charge to fix the facia and gutter they had taken down, it still was not right. They seldom returned my phone calls complaining about the workmanship.
