I cannot recommend MBS. We purchased thousands of dollars of materials from you for a recent home renovation project. Things started out great, but then the $2k Polaris French door that we ordered was defective--the frame is too large and there is a .5"+ gap between the two doors that cannot be adjusted away. We've had icicles forming between the doors all winter. MBS and the door manufacturer (Waudena, who makes all Polaris doors) both agreed that the door was hung improperly at the factory, but they would not send a new door or send anyone to fix this door. Instead, they sent a new frame and parts and we are left to find someone to remove the bad door, rehang the doors on the new frame, and re-install. Getting the parts took months from when we first complained and now weeks later, I can't find anyone willing to do this (no one wants to get in the middle of a warranty job), so we're stuck with a $2k door that is leaking on our hardwood floors. The hinges are rusting, the factory caulking job is terrible. This is the worst customer service we've dealt with in purchasing over $100k of materials from various vendors for this project. I am so upset that we bought this door from MBS just to save a few hundred dollars. They do not back their products and neither does Polaris/Waudena.
