  As a Realtor in a fast paced market I need quick turnaround times for my buyer clients. I called Judy at Pillar To Post on Monday and our inspection was scheduled for Wednesday!! We met Josh and he answered my clients questions, then gave a detailed verbal report a few hours later at the end of the inspection. Josh is detail oriented, experienced, and professional. He communicated his findings of the inspection with my clients reflecting his expertise and answered all of their questions. An exhaustive written report is on its way!   The home inspection they performed for me was good, except for one thing. I shopped around for a home inspector that would provide me with estimates for the cost of repair work. Pillar to Post was the first company to express that they were able to provide that for me, so I went with them. The inspection was great, but the gentleman did not provide me with estimates on the cost of repairs. If the lady I spoke with over the phone had been honest with me, I wouldn't be leaving this poor review.
