  I messaged Guardian Roofing and they were quick to respond and come do an inspection in a quick manner. Chris has been very flexible with the needs on my house, i have quite a few projects and we’re taking them one at a time. He also gives a great price for his work and is efficient!

  Absolute steal when it comes to pricing. Chris came out exactly when he said he would and gave an overall price that wasn't even comparable to the competition for my low sloped roof. He was open about the types of products and their lifespans for my type of roof and gave prices for both epdm and roll out asphalt. I Immediately gave him the job and his work speaks for itself. If you need a low sloped roof done I definitely recommend Chris for epdm installation because he was extremely knowledgeable about it. Thanks Gaurdian Roofing Services!

  Far better priced then the competition. They were at my house like they said at 6am and knocked it out in one day. Removed old shingle, repaired some wood and leaks and reinstalled new beautiful shingles. Clean up was very good afterwards. The whole crew pitched in and made sure the yard was clear of any nails. Would recommend.
