After a recent remodel, we noticed moisture accumulating in portions of our Rondesic rondette (Deltec) ceiling. Old North State Building determined it was caused by the inappropriate installation of closed-cell spray foam alongside batt insulation. They supervised the removal of the spray foam, the installation of new batt insulation, new drywall and drywall repairs, and then repainted. After seven home remodels/new construction projects, we have never had a builder with such concern for our wellbeing, such excellent communication and such commitment to a timely, smooth transition. Old North State did what they said they were going to do - when they said they were going to do it, for a reasonable price. We give them our highest recommendation.
