Sain: This letter services as notice to you to immediately cease and desist from activity(ies): Using the business name/ license of NAILED IT ROOFING L.L.C, in Virginia because you Mr. Godfrey and you Mr. Sain, do not own this business license in the state of Virginia, I do. Thus, your company Nailed It Roofing in North & South Carolina needs to detach from the one in Virgina on all levels including working under NAILED IT ROOFING L.L.C in Virginia on all platforms, including websites and social media. If you do not cease and desist the Activity, I will be forced to take appropriate action against both of you (Godfrey/Sain) and will seek all available damages and remedies. Regards, Jessica Farley
