Two people in a white SUV with "Millenium Roofing" on the window, were going door-to-door in our neighborhood, on a Sunday afternoon. They rang my doorbell despite the NO SOLICITING sign. One person stayed in the car, while the other, a young man in a hoodie with the hood up, was at my door. I pointed to the NO SOLICITING sign and the man insisted that he was not selling anything, and then proceeded to try to sell me a roof! After I made it clear that he was not welcome, and that I did not appreciate his ignoring my sign, he snarled, shrugged his shoulders, and left. Later, I saw that the police had pulled them over. (We have a very vigilant Neighborhood Watch.) What a sales pitch! Why would anyone hire rude people who begin their business by not respecting a property-owners simple sign?

These people are degenerate. They came to my house on a Sunday afternoon while I was in the middle of working on my truck with the hood open. Asked me if I wanted a free roofing inspection and I politely said no. Then they went in their truck and proceeded to back out of my drive way. As I watched them I heard a "clunk", they had backed into my neighbors brand new mail box they had just built. It put a huge dent in the mail box and tilted it at a signifigant angle. Then they proceeded to leave. We followed them to get them to make amends for what they did. We pulled them over. Two men came out and immediately denied it saying they did not hit it. Then said "well if I did back into there should be a mark on the back of my truck", sure enough there was two big white marks right where the truck made contact. They then knew we had them. So we politely asked them to follow us back to the house to solve the problem and tell the neighbors. They acted like they were following us and then went down a road and never showed up. These people are not honest or trustworthy. For all I know everything they do is a scam. And ask yourself. Do you want someone like this to work on your roof?

Two guys came to my home on Sunday afternoon, August 19th saying their boss sent them out to offer new windows and doors. Guess they saw I had a new roof. They were telling people at other homes that they did roofs. First, don't send anyone to my house on a Sunday afternoon. Second, I don't like anyone coming to my house to sell things. What I need I get. Third, have the same story for each person. Yes, I brushed them off and I don't ever want anyone to come to my HOME again. We have had a lot of break ins in Princeton and I had some trouble recently. I will never open my door again to a stranger. The only reason I did open the door is one of the guys looked familiar, then I realized NOT. This has been posted on FB and folks in Princeton are looking out for these guys. It's amazing how many of my FB friends they hit. Because of this, I would never do business with you.
