  My husband and I had a great experience with Roof Assurance. The guy that helped us through the process ( sorry can't remember his title) Sean Peck was absolutely awesome. He made the process easy and always got back with us right away. The worker's were very professional too. They cleaned up after the job and were super nice.. Overall would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or some repairs.

  While working on a neighbor’s roof, Aaron Maxwell noticed a window at my mother-in-law’s house had apparently blown in during a storm a few days prior. He went over and advised my mother-in-law, went upstairs and reinstalled the window. He left a business card and eventually spoke to my wife about what he observed at her mother’s home. We met Aaron at the house a few days later along with the insurance adjuster. There was considerable damage to the roof. From that point the process was seamless and easy. Aaron and Roof Assurance recommended a series of shingles, we picked them out and they were installed within the week. Dealing with the insurance company was a much longer and laborious process, but Roof Assurance patiently waited and brought this whole ordeal to a pleasant conclusion. Without Aaron’s assistance I’m not sure the process would have been easy for a homeowner to navigate. The new roof, along with a little power washing has made my mother-in-law’s home fresh and beautiful once again. I would highly recommend anyone looking to have roof work performed on their home to call Roof Assurance Carolina, you won’t be disappointed. Ask for Aaron, he’ll make it easy for you!

  Ok we had our roof replaced by roof assurance after hurricane Florence. They came they didn’t need payment until the insurance paid out, they worked with the insurance to make sure we got a whole new roof paid for and they did a great job. Then I had Leaf Filter redo our gutters a little less than two years later. They removed the old filters and after they were done it was raining behind my gutters onto my front porch. I was pretty annoyed. Back and forth with Leaf Filter and the Guy that worked for them wanted $400 cash on the side to fix the part of the roof. I went back to Roof Assurance because no one is messing with my Roof Warranty. Not only did they fix it, they came on a Sunday (and I was fine with that) and did it for free. They back up their customers long after the big pay day and that’s rare. I don’t think you can go wrong here.
