  I needed a handrail installed at my mother's house. I initially talked to a contractor friend of mine, but he was tied up starting a new window business. I called Cory at Marlin Builders to get an estimate. He looked at the job in a timely manner and called me immediately with a quote. The quote was reasonable and I accepted his offer. He completed the handrail in a very timely manner. Cory installed a white vinyl handrail to match the siding. The finished product looked like the handrail was installed when the house was built. Great craftsmanship!!! I worked with Cory in the past and can attest that he is a hard worker, reliable, punctual, and has great customer service skills. HIGHLY recommend Marlin Builders!!!
