  Great 160 home community with 18 hole golf course and lunch spot. Grounds and entrance are very well kept. Great signage and quiet tree covered residences with well groomed lawns. Friendly residents!

  It took them 4 days to return my call. They basically told me that they would not be able to come out and check the job that I had, that they were to busy. If they keep treating customers like that, they won't be busy much longer.
