Kaiser Roof did an amazing job! Our project manager, Josh and his crew did not disappoint. We had originally contracted our roof silicone coating project to another contractor, who kept giving us the run around. In desperation, I reached out to Kaiser Roof, and they were able to jump right in with a fast turnaround on the work. Josh kept me updated from start to finish, his crew was courteous and respectful, and we could not be any happier with the high quality of work and professionalism that was provided. Tim was great to work with. Evaluated several of my properties and replaced or repaired multiple roofs. Worked with insurance to cover a large portion of the work. Later worked with Tim and Jason, the owner, on evaluating my own house. Great experience all around and I would highly recommend.

Kaiser Roofing did an excellent job not only installing a new roof, but protected my home from damage during the year off with protective netting and used boards and tarps to cover my composite deck. The crew worked tirelessly starting early and finishing late. Jason communicated all requests or concerns to the team on site to make sure I was satisfied.

I absolutely had to sit down and write a review for Kaiser Roof & Exteriors after the stellar experience I had with them.

I first met my Kaiser salesman, Aaron, in April of 2021 after a wind storm revealed substantial damage to my roof. April was just the beginning of my misery with State Farm. Aaron gave so much effort, so much genuine care to me, my family and my house during this horrific process of trying to get a claim approved that words fail me to describe how much he cared. He must have come out 12 times (many times on his own time), made countless phone calls, exchanged dozens of e-mails to help me try to get this roof claim approved. This wasn't just about making a roof sale to Aaron, Lord knows he could have sold 50 or more roofs in the time he spent with me. It was about principle.

I'll admit that I'm a picky customer given my profession, and Aaron was never tired of hearing from me; At least he didn't tell me he was. He went above and beyond to tailor every little detail of my roof components right down to the pipe boots I wanted on my quote to my satisfaction. I was never looking for the lowest bid, so when it came time to discuss $, we quickly agreed on a price (which was very fair). He kept in constant communication with me in terms of schedule  His installation crew showed up exactly when he said they would. Manuel, Luis and their crew are just incredible. These guys did an unspeakable amount of work in one day, including some custom re-framing I wanted done. These guys are true craftsmen who pay attention to every detail. They protected my property, didn't mind chatting with me, worked at a feverish pace, and got my job done in one day. They even stayed after dark with head lamps on to finish up the little detail work. When they left, all they left behind was a beautiful roof, new skylights, a properly vented roof, and not a trace of trash or a nail. Their gutter crew was amazing. On time, courteous, and engaging. The gutters look beautiful.

Jason Kaiser runs a first class operation. I would recommend Kaiser Roof & Exteriors without reservation to anyone any project which is exterior related. They did exactly - right down to the smallest detail - of what they said they would do. The did it on time, and for exactly the price they quoted. If you are on the fence, get off it. Use Kaiser. You won't regret it.

I’m over the moon with the way our new siding project turned out!! A little bit of context- I’m extremely meticulous. In the past eight years, we have had so much construction done at our home, I’m able to say that I’ve been through it all. I know the good guys when I see them- these guys are good. Josh started the process, which began and ended with his undivided attention and care. Josh also gave some really helpful design/aesthetic insight, which was unique and helpful and I really appreciated it. The crew was great- they were always on time, super courteous and went the extra mile to accommodate all of my requests. The lead for the construction crew really impressed me with his knowledge and skill, he was also extremely professional and patient with my endless questions (remember, I’m meticulous!)
Long story short- these guys are real deal.
When you call, ask for Josh to come out- he will take such good care of you!!

We received quotes from Kaiser as well as another local roofing company.  Kaiser's quote came in thousands lower for the same scope of work and materials.  From beginning to end of the process, Kevin at Kaiser was phenomenal!  Very responsive and did a thorough job walking the roof and attic to identify issues.  We had new roof, new gutters, and blown attic insulation done.  Impressed by the team's ability to do all this in 2.5 days.  The quality is top notch and for a reasonable price.  Highly recommended for roofing needs!

Let me preface this by saying I have had some bad experiences with contractors in the past. Some BAD experiences!  In fact, most of the experiences with contractors I have used for our house or property have not gone well.

Josh (VP of Kaiser Roof and Exteriors) came out to our house several times to inform/negotiate my  wife and I about new vinyl siding to cover old, and in places, rotting T1-11 wood siding. Very informative. Josh is easy going, and easy to talk to.  And easy to negotiate with.  We also needed new shingles for our roof, and when I offered to have the siding and roof both done (and pay cash), Josh gave me an incredibly good price for the roof, and an outstanding price for the siding (he was more than willing to match a competitors's estimate for good quality product -- I do my research well).  And because I do my research well (and have had bad experiences with contractors in the past) , I had lots of questions and concerns for Josh about all this. This all occurred over a several month time span (I don't rush into anything). Josh would get back to me promptly whenever I had a question or issue. He was very patient. At no time did I feel like I was being rushed or pushed into anything. Josh made sure I was very comfortable with everything before we proceeded.

Now, when it came time for the work to start, we did have a few hiccups.  Josh had given me a price based on his estimate of how many of the T1-11 panels would have to be replaced with plywood before the vinyl siding went on. As it turned out there were many more 4x8 sheets of plywood needed than what he first estimated (this occurred after the materials had been delivered to my house, but work had not started yet). Josh brought his right hand man over and re-figured the estimate. I was very upset at the price increase, thinking I was dealing with yet another inept/"do what they want"/"take me for everything they can" contractor.  I mean I was VERY upset. Honestly, I was yelling. I told him about my experiences with previous contractors.  Josh, however, remained calm throughout my rant. I eventually calmed, we basically  came to an understanding, and he left.

Then, Josh did something I have never experienced with a contractor before. He called me a few hours later saying that this whole thing that  had happened really bothered him. He said he had made some mistakes in estimating,  and apologized. He said he wanted to do whatever he could to change  things so that my experience with him was a good one, not a negative one like I had had  with other contractors.  He was very sincere. I could tell he felt bad. I was basically shocked. I had never had a contractor do this before.  The true character of Josh began to shine through (the very character I had sensed in him from the beginning, by the way,  and was a factor in choosing Kaiser). I WAS IMPRESSED. And, by the way, to be fair to Josh, this likely was a complicated job for his company to do.

The work then commenced, and Josh was "Johnny On The Spot". If I had a question or concern, he got back to me quickly. Very quickly. At one point they were putting the new shingles on, and it began to rain briefly -- I panicked.  I texted/called Josh. He immediately got back to me, said he was in contact with the workers, and calmed my fears. He absolutely lived up to his commitment. I think he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and completely satisfied.  There were a few instances in which the the workers might have done some things they weren't supposed to if I hadn't caught it, but it all worked out.  When all the work was finished, the house looked stunning.  Very good quality work. It looked like we had a new house!!!

I would very much recommend Kaiser Roof and Exteriors for any siding or roofing work. The attitude and service Josh exhibited is something you rarely find anymore in businesses these days. And if you do call, ask for Josh.
UPDATE March 2022: I had an issue of my own making with roof last summer. Called Josh who immediately sent someone to check it out. Josh is still the Man!!
