  Contacted Better Quality Roofing to repair some loose siding. They asked me to file insurance claim for wind damage to roof to try and get the whole roof replaced. Insurance stated roof was not wind damaged and not covered. Wanted me to file an appeal, but it felt like they were trying to scam the insurance company. Asked for quote to repair siding, it was 10x going rate. Multiple times told crew would be out to fix siding. Multiple times no shows. 2 months later, haven’t heard from them in 3 weeks. Bad communication. Only cared about trying to replace my roof so they could get a bigger pay day. As soon as that fell through, they did not care. Felt used. Went to Deer Park Roofing and got my siding fixed in a week for a tenth of the cost. They were in constant communication the whole way and never pressured me to do more. Get “better quality roofing” and go to Deer Park Roofing instead.
