  We had roof, windows, siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, shutters all replaced by this company. It was a large job but everything was smooth and top notch work. Salesman not pushy and listened to what I wanted/needed. Communication, timing, each crew, and professionalism was excellent. I am a perfectionist and detail oriented and everything was done to highest quality....done right. I would highly recommend this company! After and before.

  We had American Weather TECHs install new siding, soffit & gutters. We were very pleased with their professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness from start to finish. Vito and George kept in touch with us as far as timing, scheduling and what to expect. The crew (Kevin, Jeremy and Chris) did an outstanding job with the actual installation. They are very good at what they do and answered any questions we had. They also went above and beyond with addressing any issues found during installation. We would highly recommend this company, we are very pleased with the way our house looks!

  I thought I did my homework on this manufacturer / installer but more than 1/2 a year since I paid to replace every window in my house, I'm still waiting for a confirmed delivery date of my windows. My original install date was 3 months ago which would mean my products should have shipped almost 4 months ago. Phone calls asking about my project just get a verbal shoulder shrug and statement that they will push back my window production without any care or contact and they will just let me know when. This way of doing business is just unacceptable. I can understand covid delays but the excuse is not acceptable for every issue, every time. At this rate who knows if and when I'll even get my products while they hold my money and my project in limbo.

  Mr. Allen, we certainly understand your frustration on the additional products we needed to re-order. As we discussed with you at the point of sale the black exterior products have an extended lead time and are very difficult to get from a material prospective. You are very important to us and we are not shrugging you off. We continue to update you and give you the information we are provided. We will certainly not make up any false information. Unfortunately, the estimated ship dates continue to change and we cannot control that. I know you have spoke to Sherri on multiple occasions and Chris Cass , our director of production, reached out to you Friday. George Iames, owner, reached out to you today to discuss the matter. We have not received a phone call in return. Please call them back to discuss and work through the ship date issue. We will certainly not stop until everything is taken care of. Regards, Corey
