  Does poor work and will not keep his word. He's been back on repairs on this job I hired him to do several times and the leaks are still there. I have plywood, and ceiling damage in several places inside my house. He says he's coming back to fix what supposed to had done right in the 1st place, but it's been several years, and today says I,m still on his do list. Thanks David
