  GHIR is awesome. I was first of all blown away by the design of my kitchen Jan is so creative and pays amazing attention to detail. The design was gorgeous on paper but nothing like the final product. They definitely delivered my dream kitchen. Wes , Lindsey and Corey were also awesome to work with. Always kept me updated on schedule and informed of what was happening each day. There attention to detail is superior. Jan was attentive to make sure cabinets, backsplash etc were installed correctly. He also advised me on making great room and dining room flow with my kitchen. I highly recommend GHIR for any renovations or construction needs. They are superb and will make sure everything is done correctly. Thanks GHIR FOR MY DREAM KITCHEN. I’m in love.

  Choosing GHIR for any project you have is a decision you will not regret! We had multiple contractors come out to quote us on making our bonus room above the garage a true master bedroom and bathroom but none of them compared to this company. From the first meeting you’ll see the difference in how they present themselves than other contractors and they are quick to start on a job rather than waiting months on end like you will with other contractors. The way they plan and execute the project from start to end is what my husband and I can only describe as something you’d see on HGTV. Wes, Lindsay, Jan and Corey came out together after we hired GHIR for our project and they gave us a very clear cut plan that we were all on the same page about which made us feel very confident in the project & how it would go. The contract was easy to understand and included everything we had decided on doing with clear deadlines and payment schedules. They even provide you with an app for your phone that has your signed documents, photo updates, a schedule, a payment portal and more on it which was incredibly helpful. Jan is nothing less than phenomenal with his eye for design. Being a very detail oriented person myself it gave me so much relief to know he had such a beautiful design for our bathroom in mind. From the time he walked into the space being renovated he immediately knew how to make our space flow beautifully and had a much better plan than I originally had in mind. When it came down to the designing decisions we had to make he had physical samples to present to us that we then chose from which was actually a lot of fun to do and not stressful as it can be when making those choices yourself. Wes and Lindsay are some of the sweetest, honest and most friendly people you’ll meet. They truly have been such a blessing to work with and go the extra mile and have been so kind to us even since our project has been completed. Throughout our project Lindsay was so easy to communicate with and was on top of everything when we had questions and Wes made sure to oversee everything and ensured it stayed running smoothly. Corey, the project manager, was also so great to work with and made sure all the subcontractors who came in took care of everything perfectly. He was on top of it all and was so easy to communicate with and made sure everything was done exactly as planned! Even if there was something we wanted changed he was kind about it and never got frustrated or short with us like we’ve had other contractors do. The bathroom and bedroom GHIR designed and built for us absolutely exceeded our expectations and turned out magazine worthy and within the budget we had. They are the only company I will ever trust to work on our house and if we ever have a house built one day I know exactly who we will call. I have already recommended them to so many people and will continue to because you’re not going to find better people to do honest and quality work, trust me!

  Wes came in with his crew to remove a wall between our dining room and a fairly useless front room in our house. They showed up at the exact time scheduled and started working immediately. The work was completed in a timely manor and during the process Wes and the crew took the time to clean up while they were working to ensure our house wasn't full of dust during the demolition. During the time the work was occurring Wes came to check in on the progress fairly frequently which was assuring. I often get worried when people work on my house and feel the need to watch but I felt comfortable the whole time with Wes constantly managing the project and keeping us updated. The work completed was top notch, they above and beyond exploring the structure of the wall to make the opening as wide as possible. The final outcome once completed and painted was excellent. The walls of the front room were finished with picture boxes, upper trim and the dining room painted to tie the whole thing together. If you didn't know it you would think the house had been built this way. I highly recommend Wes and his team and will continue to work with them in the future. I've had many contractors / construction crews work on my prior house and this has been my best experience so far. Very impressed.
