  We were living out of state and looking to relocate to Ocala and found Irvin Homes. They came highly recommended by a former employee. After meeting Dave and Mark, we knew they could be trusted to build us a high quality home. Dave showed me lots and we purchased it over the phone, (my husband had never seen the lot - we're still laughing about that) and Mark situated the house on the lot perfectly for us. We trusted them completely with everything and in the end, we have a home we love and have become good friends. We highly recommend Irvin.

  Irvin Homes built our dream home for us and they exceeded our expectations. They helped us design our dream home and didn't charge us for the architecture fee which saved us probably $20,000.00. When they constructed our home their attention to detail was noticeable every day. We couldn't have been happier with them and the quality of our new home. If your looking for a first class builder go with Irvin Homes.

  Mark Irvin built our dream home in 2014 and we’re still as in love with it as the day we moved in! It’s not just beautiful but it’s SAFE. When big storms come we know that our house is strong, solid & wind resistant up to hurricane force winds. The Irvin Homes staff is fun and easy to work with. If we ever built again it would 100% be with Mark Irvin.
