  I had a home built by this company and experienced the worst customer service, unprofessional staff and poor work ethics. I could most definitely write a book about the terrible experience I had to go through. The house wasn’t finished as originally planned. I would stop by periodically and check on things, I was glad I did. The kitchen window was put in so high, all I could see was the sky. I was told by the builder, too bad, it can’t be changed, luckily it was changed. I came in one day, the flooring had been Installed and the workers didn’t have any covering on the floor, I couldn’t believe it. It looked terrible, I don’t think it will ever be the same again. I was told I could come do the walk through, when I got there, there were workers throughout the house. I told the supervisor that I wanted to conduct the walkthrough when the house was finished and cleaned. So I go back again and the same thing, painters painting and the cleaning ladies mopping the floor as I walk in, the moving company right behind me. At the end of the day, the garage door wouldn’t close, I didn’t have the keys to lock the doors and the front door handle was installed backwards. As time went on, I had my to do list and there were a lot of things that had to be corrected, there still are and unfortunately the builder has not corrected yet. I have asked the builder on several occasions to have the house cleaned and have been told that it was cleaned 3 times, the cleaning lady told me it was cleaned while there were workers in the house…….Really??! The house has not been cleaned and I have been told that they will not clean my house. There is much more that I could add to this story, I’ll include pictures instead.

  We are still in the building process, but so far Chris and Stephanie have been professional, friendly, helpful and responsive. Estimated end of May for completion but we have realistic expectations and know things can come up that are out of their control. As long as there is good communication we'll be happy. We will post again upon completion with an update on how the whole process was for us.

  So we had a contract with them that we signed in the beginning of May The house was supposed to be done by the end of the year mind you this was a house they were already building and had told me they already had all the supplies all they needed was a few permits and we’re going to be starting in a few weeks. Our first question to them was about the price was the price going to change because of wood price is going up and down and the answer was no because they already had all the supplies. So here we are five months later and they just decided to cancel our contract because it’s not going to be done in time and because they want more money. I understand the time part getting people to work right now is not easy but the money situation was my first question! I am very disappointed I waited five months and was excited to move in a new home and now I have to start from square one
