  We live in Ohio but purchased property in Florida to build a snow bird retirement home for my wife and I. Building experience could not have been any better. We had to work long distance through the design all the way through the build process with us coming down to visit at various stages. Everyone from initial contact were very patient with us and any concerns were addressed immediately. I have used several builders over the years and these folks were the best to work with. They have a design studio which gives you one stop shopping for all interior and exterior, fixtures, carpet, tile paint colors, cabinets, and faucets/showers heads. No running around to different locations to pick stuff out, awesome.

  I am Blessed to live in Triple Crown Homes and to meet Ms. Kathleen Plunkett and Mr. Patrick Plunkett. My home is the Cherry Model. It is very elegant and roomy. I give thanks to God and all the ones who had a hand in helping me to accomplish a long life dream. To live in a BEAUTIFUL home and a CLASSY neighborhood. ALW

  This review is about a home that my wife and I recently purchased. While Triple Crown did not specifically build the home for us, they are the builders of the house. Home was built in 2006, which makes it 13 years old upon our purchase. At the home inspection, the home inspector mentioned how well built the home was and how solid everything seemed. I can confirm the opinions of the inspector. I have been in the construction industry for 22 years. My father was a custom home builder, and we are a sub contractor specializing in cabinetry. I have personally been around hundreds of homes, both new and lived in. I did not notice any of the typical signs that show up in a home 10+ years old. There were no crack joints in any of the drywall seams or corner beads. This is quite impressive as typically a home will experience this in some way just due to the home settling after a few years. The quality of the materials used was top of the line when the home was built. It is clear just by a walk through of the home that it was solidly built. I know most reviews here are from recent homeowners with new builds. Just wanted to give a review on a home that, after 12 years, is as structurally sound today as it was when it was built.
