Haven Exteriors did an amazing job from beginning to end with our roof replacement. They were professional and extremely efficient and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We contacted them on a Thursday morning for an estimate appointment. Brandon completed our estimate later that day as scheduled and called back within a couple of hours to let us know that work could start on Saturday (2 days later!). The team was efficient and pleasant and did excellent work both on the roof and the cleanup after.

I had an appointment for an estimate on Monday morning, which I took off of work for. They did not show up or call. I called twice and spoke to 2 different representatives who both seemed dazed and confused. They told me they couldn't get a hold of there own crew. And promised me they would send them an URGENT message they never responded to. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Top notch professionals from the first call to the final nail. Chris, Ryan, and their team fired on all cylinders. From working with my insurance, to delivery of a new roof, I could not be happier with the communication, attention, honesty, value, and quality.

I first used Ryan and Haven Exteriors last fall when a branch went through my roof during a windstorm during the night. He had done a great job for my neighbor across the street.  He and his crew arrived promptly that morning and quickly and properly repaired the damage for a very reasonable amount. I was extremely happy with his work. This past weekend I went into my attic and noticed a new hole in my roof of unknown origin. It must have just occurred as there was no water damage whatsoever.  As you can imagine, however,  I was in a panic with the approach of tropical storm Cristobal and called Haven Exteriors again. Ryan was able to come out that day despite his busy schedule and again fix my problem. Service like this is rare these days and I enthusiaticly recommend Haven to all my friends who need a new roof or roof repair.

Ryan provided us an honest evaluation of our roof based on obvious experience and knowledge. He worked with our homeowners and agreed on a reasonable replacement cost within the limits of the policy. A very
coordinated and professional crew arrived and installed the new roof
in a very timely manner. They were very courteous and left the work
area spotless. I would definitely recommend Haven Exteriors to my family and friends. Great experience!

After we had a tree fall on our house, we started to call around for a roofing company. After Chris came out and gave us an estimate I knew we were going to use Haven. Chris was knowledgeable about the business and worked with the insurance adjuster to our satisfaction. The roofing work was 1st class and the crew finished quickly and cleaned up after the job was completed. I will be recommending Haven from now on.

I had an excellent experience with Haven Exteriors! Ryan returned my call quickly, was able to come out that same day, and repaired my leaky roof efficiently. He even made a follow-up call the next day to make sure all was well as it had rained again that morning. I will definitely be contacting him again should my roof ever need a repair in the future.

Had About 14 loose shingles on the roof. Ryan and his crew came out and got it repaired. Did an excellent job at a very fair price. We hired them because of the recommendation we got from a friend so I want to pass along the recommendation. If you have a need for roof repair or replacement I feel confident they could handle any job.
