  Excellent Roof, Even Better Service! Marci and Sarah have been, by far, the best service team I have worked with throughout the duration of repairing my home since Hurricane Ida. They've helped us maintain our sanity by walking us through the process, answering all our questions, providing insight on how to understand our insurance situation, and making sure we had all the documents and photos we need. We're sticking with them for the rest of our home repairs. Highly recommend!

  Ray, the sales manager, has wasted over a month of my time. He did an evaluation of my home damages, inside and outside, as well as took many photos. He said the estimate would be ready in about a week. Over 3 weeks went by, and I still haven't received an estimate. I then contacted one of the owners, Roger. He was appalled to hear that Ray had not followed up on this estimate. He said he was going to get the situation handled. After 3 days, I haven't heard back from Roger. We contacted him and he said that he could not help us because they no longer do interior work!!! How is that??? You did the evaluation, knowing exactly what needed to be done, and now you no longer do that type of work!!! How ridiculous!!! If you decide to hire this company, you need to ask many questions up front. It seems like their story changes on a daily basis. If they continue to treat people like I was treated, their business will slowly dwindle. I may only be one person, but word of mouth is a powerful thing. If the company did not do interior work, then that would have been mentioned at the time of the estimate. It was told to me that the repairs I needed could be handled by the company. Lastly, the roofing quote took over 3 weeks. That is not very prompt!!

  We are a ROOFING & WATERPROOFING company focusing on the Xteriors of buildings (ii’s in our name). A quote to repair the roof was promptly sent. We also do stucco and Hardie siding. Wishing you the best.
