Jason came out to repair some singles that were ripped off our roof by a branch. He fixed it in no time! He is personable, professional, and did a great job! While he was fixing the singles he cleaned out one of my gutters that had a bunch of tree gunk in it!! I will use again!!

The company went above and beyond to put on a new roof in a very short time frame due to the sale of my home. They were very proffesional from the salesman all the way through the process. I am so impressed and would highly recommend this company!

I had a chance to work with Elite Exteriors after my original contractor disappeared without notice for a roof and siding repair job.

Elite exteriors were extremely professional and came by on time also met with my Insurance adjusters to settle for the claim amount.

On the day of the committed repairs, they were on time and when I came back to answer the door on what I expected would be some more issues on the roof during the repair. I was pleasantly surprised to know that they already completed the repairs to perfection.

I totally recommend them for being extremely courteous, punctual and really good at their job.

Our initial experience with Elite Exteriors started out great. The sales employee helped us work with our insurance company after we had some housing damage to get the project going. But it seems that once the project started, the management failed. There were multiple delays, crews were pulled off our job to be sent to other jobs to make other people happy. We didn't feel like our job was a priority to anyone. What should have taken 4-6 weeks took over 3 months to finish. We were told material would be on site in a week, it took two to three. This wasn't just once but twice. We were told that a repair above our garage would take at most two to three days to complete, there wasn't a crew available for almost 3 weeks. This was in the middle of the project they had already started on my home. Never again will I ever use or even recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone. It's a shame because the crew that did the work did a great job. But the poor management abilities from the people sitting at the office ruined what could have been a five star review. There appears to be absolutely zero internal communication and management does not appear to know how to manage their crew or material shipments.

I have hired Elite Exteriors for several projects, including roofing, siding and exterior door replacement.  I have also recommended Elite to several friends whom have hired them for roofing projects.  I would not hesitate to recommend Jason Vogen and Elite Exteriors to anyone.  Jason has always been extremely professional, responsive, helpful, and has a genuine concern for his customers that the work is completed to their satisfaction.  This concern for quality and customer satisfaction is getting harder and harder to find these days.  He has personally gone out of his way to ensure that I was totally happy with his work and that is part of the reason I will continue to do business with Elite Exteriors when the need arises.

Elite Exteriors is thoroughly professional and were a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. Elite Exteriors made sure we understood the process but they handled almost everything for us. Every step of the way, from estimate to scheduling to completion, they made sure we were satisfied with the progress and work quality. Had there been anything that needed to be addressed I'm confident they would have taken care of it immediately. They are meticulous, patient, and cared for our property as much as I'm sure they would if it were their own. It was like having friends work on my house.

Elite Exteriors is a very reliable and trustworthy company.  We have been very happy with the work they did to our home.  There is never a job they cannot conquer. Jason and his team were professional and prompt in starting the work on installing a new roof on our home.  His team was responsive to our questions and walked us through the process with our insurance company. It would normally be a stressful event, but they did whatever it took to minimize this for our family.  Jason also made it a pint to conduct a pst install quality inspection of the work performed and our property to ensure it was left in a condition that was above our satisfaction.  We also needed some gutters added to our home and he was able to help with this request and again made it convenient to have the work done.   The Elite Exteriors team was on top of things throughout the entire process and exceeded my expectations as a home owner and customer.
