The roof we ended up with looks beautiful, and the work done by Charlotte Roofing was exceptional. I can't say enough good things about Charlotte Roofing. Very knowledgeable and upfront with the inspection and repair process. David Sammons and TJ took the time to assess the overall damage and meet with the insurance adjuster. The crew showed up on time and met all of my expectations. Charlotte Roofing Specialists replaced our roof this week.
They were excellent from the day of the estimate to the day they completed the work. TJ came to look over our roof. He went into the attic to look over potential problems, and sent us the pictures he took on the roof itself so we could see and discuss what needed to be done. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions.
The quote was thorough and detailed, plus it included a cash only  discount.
The day of the project, everyone was on time, worked hard, and respectful of our property.

I don't write a lot of reviews, so it's notable that I'm going out of my way to do so.  Last week, during some heavy rains, we noticed a wet spot in our ceiling.  I crawled up into our attic/crawlspace and located a slow dripping leak in the roof.

I called Charlotte Roofing Specialists as soon as the weather cleared.  They scheduled someone to come out and look at it.  TJ showed up right on time.  He immediately noted that, with the leak being next a pipe, likely the footing/flashing around the pipe had gotten loose and water was coming through that way.

After checking to make sure there was no long-term rot damage or any other causes, he not only fixed and sealed that leak, but he proactively re-sealed our other pipes... and didn't charge us a dime!

This speaks volumes to me that this company not only values customer service, but they are also trustworthy.  They could have easily made the problem to seem much bigger than it was or attempted to upsell.  At a minimum, they could have charged a service fee for their time.  Instead, they saw the issue, they were honest about how minor it was, they took care of it quickly as a favor, and went on their way.

Needless to say, when our roof has "real" problems in the future, I'll be giving my business to TJ and Charlotte Roofing Specialists.  They certainly earned it today.

Quick and easy scheduling an appointment through website/text. David (owner) showed up on time to inspect a small leak in my sunroom roof that has gotten increasingly worse with all of the recent rain. He took the time to clear out a thick layer of mud/leaves from the area and recommended to wait and observe how it does through the next storm as he thought that could be the issue before moving forward with any actual repairs or replacement. I requested for him to at least invoice me for a service visit, but he would not. Very nice guy and professional, will definitely use this company for any future roofing needs.
