  I Can't say enough good things about Certified Roofers. For any issue concerning the roof, DON'T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. This is the company you need to deal with. Concerning my roof replacement, i was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy from start to finish. Also the workmanship and clean-up was superb. At the start, my first interaction was with Brian, for the original assessment. He not only recorded and photographed every aspect of the roof but was extraordinarily thorough in explaining projected work, materials and concerns and patiently answered endless questions. He is the best service oriented professional i have ever encountered. His advice on shingle material and other concerns was spot on. He is knowledgeable about permits and Insurance if applicable, and is prompt and efficient. He makes you feel like part of a family and he is genuinely seeking your best interests. The office staff is equally efficient, friendly and helpful. Kathleen was also generous with her time, and came in person for administrative needs so as to assure us of competent follow-up. She is friendly and considerate as well, seeking to satisfy us as consumers. All in all, Certified roofers is THE best roofing company bar none.

  Certified Roofers did a great job and were great to work with throughout the process. They started and finished on time and kept their work area (my yard, driveway, bushes) clean! I Highly recommend Certified Roofers if you need a new roof or an old one repaired.

  Alex Sanchez, President and Sales Representative for Certified Roofers and General Contracting , HIS BUSINESS, came out to my home and gave me an estimate for a reroof that I needed to have completed PRIOR to the closing of the sale of my property. Alex introduced himself, succinctly outlined his intentions for moving forward should I retain his company to re-roof my residence and afforded me BOTH a Veterans discount as well as a CASH discount. I had a total of SIX estimates for a re-roof of my residence, all within a one week time frame, and Certified Roofers was NOT the cheapest nor the most expensive. However, I was impressed from the moment Alex shared with me how he had taken up the mantle of his father's roofing business and grown it into what it is now. Alex had a plan for the proper ROOFING SYSTEM and he also assured me that he had the ability to allow me the relief of my concern of a "possible cloudy title" AFTER the completion of the re-roof and PRIOR to final payment! Alex uses HIS ROOFING CREW, NOT SUB-CONTRACTORS! For the record, prior to speaking with Alex, I had been referred to Certified Roofers by a friend who had received a quote for an insurance repair on his residence. My friend ended up using another company, which ultimately turned out to be a nightmare for he and his spouse. However, my friend has another rental property and said that when he entertains a re-roof of this rental property, he would DEFINITELY contract with Alex Sanchez, Certified Roofers and General Contractors! I was assured by Alex that I would have the roof completed and signed off by the Hillsborough County Inspector prior to my closing date (barring a hurricane or torrential rains). I was called by Christine at Certified Roofers office and she advised me that we were scheduled for a start date of 8/21/2019. My wife and I live in another city and decided to drive back to our previous residence to check in on the progress and professionalism of the tear-down crew. I was quite IMPRESSED with the complete surrounding of my property with a black mesh breathable material that was carefully placed to catch any debris that fell from the roof during the project. This material allows for accidental cast off of debris to approximately 4 -6 feet of protection. There was a 6 man crew involved on day one and by the time my wife arrived at 12:00 noon, the tear-off of the shingles was nearly complete and the roof was 90% dried in. I left the property after taking some photos for this posting and OTHER WEBSITES and immediately called Alex on his cell and told him how impressed my wife and I were with the initial exposure to Certified Roofers methodology! I will update this review after completion and I have little doubt that the remainder of my dealings with Alex Sanchez and Christine will be EXCEPTIONAL! Stay tuned...
