  Back around 2005 I needed to replace the asphault shingle roof on my 1910 1 1/2 story bungalow. I got estimates from several roofers for a metal roof ...mostly came at the 25- 30k range. Centerpoint gave estimates of 7k for asphalt and 13k for metal. I knew them from when they replaced the metal roof on the gym at a school where I worked. So already knowing what good work they do and the price was a no brainer... went with the metal roof. They did an excellent job! They had a good bit of wood damage they had to replace from previous roof leaks and only charged the cost of the materials at the price they had specified in the contract... NO EXTRA LABOR CHARGE! They did a fantastic job and I am forever grateful. 15 years later the roof is still absolutely beautiful. They have been absolutely fantastic! Update: after reading other reviews I have to say Jeff, the owner has been excellent in follow up. I had some leaking in one spot. I didn't call right away. I think I waited 2 years as it was only during the heaviest rainy season that it leaked. He came out and located the leak(it was at a roof vent pipe). He had to do a modification. No charge 2 years after original install! Also, I have one small section of my roof that is too flat for a metal roof, it's about 8ft x 8ft. It started leaking. This is 9 years after the roof was installed. I called Jeff and he came right out. Looked at it and and told me the name of a product I could buy and do it myself...an expensive coating product. He gave me the price I would pay at home depot to buy the product to do it myself. Or for an extra $100 or 150...I forget now...he could do it. That was a no brainer. I had him do it. By the time I went to buy the product and whatever tools I would need, it would have cost close to his total bill(or more) ...not to mention a lot of my time as it's not something I do. And I'm 99 percent certain he did a much better job than I could have done. I don't understand those 2 bad reviews. My experience with this company has been excellent.

  Excellent job. Crew came out early each day to get the job done. Jeff, the owner, gave an excellent price for a great service. Great small business and they know customer service. Roof looks amazing.

  Really pleased with the work of Jeff Smith and his crew, They were polite, on time and professional. The details are excellent. The ridge lines are sharp and straight, and they the pipes on the roof to match the roof color. Really great experience!
