  Calloway roofing company is a scam. The company did a claim from my insurance for me. The claim was denied. They gave me an attorney to fight the claim for me. The lawyer told me to ask Calloway for an estimate before the insurance decided the amount; I called them so many times to get an estimate and they said they would send me one, but I never received one. They were waiting to see how much the insurance would give before giving me an estimate. After the insurance approved the claim from the lawyer they sent me an estimate for $29,691.03 to do the roof if this is not a scam what this is then. After the insurance sent the check for a different amount the price went down to $18,000+. When I called them and told them I have several estimates from other companies (bigger companies) and the other companies would do the roof for way less than that they refused to negotiate with us because they want to take all the money the insurance sent me. When I spoke to one of them the guy told me he was entitled to the money. After I decided not to go with Calloway they charged a 20% cancellation fee. Afterwards I asked for a policy where it states there was a 20% cancellation and they refused to show me. The only paperwork I received was the contract where they filed a claim for me. I’m assuming if the insurance gave me $50,000 Calloway would ask $40,000 to do the job because they are focused on the money. BEWARE PEOPLE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

  Paid $2,300 to replace pan roof over patio. Leaked, came to fix a couple times. still leaks after 1 year. They just quit returning calls. The only reason we used them to begin with is that an acquaintance use to work there. Should have gone somewhere elsewhere.

  My experience with this company has been extremely iffy from the start. After fighting the battle against the insurance company to signing over the check to calloways, I then was like a box checked done and left in the dark. No updates, clarification of when the process will be done. Weeks with no communication. Then promised it would be done in 2 weeks with no materials delivered, NO one would answer my phone call or emails. I finally reached out to PETER from palm coast, (I'm in orlando). It took for me to reach out to Peter to get any kind of answers on my case! If any one is in his area and needs a roof he's your guy! He went above and beyond to make sure that I had the clarification I needed from calloways. I literally took a phone call to a different branch to get answers. He re assured me that my roof would be put on in no time. HANDS DOWN HE WAS THE MOST RESPECTFUL ONE I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF SPEAKING WITH THIS WHOLE TIME. He didn't have to go above and beyond but he did....this man is true definition of a hard worker and dedication to his job.
