  Roof was installed in 2019 before I purchased the house. Company was completely unresponsive to follow-up calls. They installed the roof over damaged wood. They used nails that were too long at all the eaves. I asked them to remove satellite dish and even offered to pay them ... Initially they were very agreeable but then completely ghosted me. Repeated calls and text messages went unanswered. About the only thing they did do was to transfer the warranty to my name ... but I have zero confidence that that means anything at this point.

  Professional business to work with. They came out and did a temp fix before we even agreed to have them do the work. They have replaced the entire roof at Looking Glass Eye Center and we would highly recommend them. Thanks!!
