  We contacted AGS regarding mold in our attic due to lack of air circulation and the need for venting. Eric Katz came out and did a wonderful job. He addressed all our needs by removing the mold, disinfecting the area and then installing a mold inhibitor. Eric also routed all bathrooms to vents he installed on the roof as well as placing new insulation wherever it was needed. Finally he removed the old ridge vent on the roof and installed a new one that will allow the attic to breathe properly in the future. Eric worked the entire day and evening to complete the work and made sure it was up to his high standards. We highly recommend AGS and Eric Katz to get the job done!

  Eric and team were amazing. I have mold in the attic that needed to be treated. They treated the mold and put in ventilation. The work was fast and thorough. They also were very courteous in keeping my house clean. They laid down sheets and covered items from the door to the attic. Lastly, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
